Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Vaultline runs in your web browser on a laptop, desktop or tablet. Your staff sign in at your store's own address and can start selling straight away.
How does the free trial work?
Register your business and we review it, usually within one business day. Your 14-day free trial starts the moment your store is approved. You do not pay anything during the trial.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed monthly in Philippine pesos and paid by bank transfer. Send your payment with your store name as the reference and we record it on your account. You can also pay for several months at once.
What happens if a payment is late?
Nothing happens automatically. We will get in touch to sort it out with you, and your store keeps working in the meantime. Your data is always kept safe.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move between Basic and Pro whenever your business needs it. The new plan applies as soon as your payment is recorded.
How do my staff and I sign in?
When your store is approved we send you its own sign-in link. Bookmark it and share it with your staff. Everyone signs in there with the account you create for them.
Is my store's data kept separate?
Yes. Each business has its own address and its own data. Your staff only ever see your store, and every sale, stock change and sign-in is recorded in an activity log.
Can I print receipts?
Yes. Every sale has a receipt with your business name, address and TIN that you can print from your browser, and VAT is calculated for you.
